Instructions

  4. Transfer the cauliflower crumbs to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes or until they are tender.
  5. Allow the cauliflower to cool, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower crumbs, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and flax eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the cauliflower dough into a thin, even crust shape.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  9. Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
  10. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through.
